Storm R3S Coverstock

I occasionally see Storm balls using the R3S coverstock.  Can anyone tell me how it would compare to R2S and R2X?

Strongest of the 3...but that's where my knowledge on it stops.

I remember that cover on the anarchy...well it was r3x.  It's ok...shot a lot of good scores with that ball.
