Again, I wish . . if you want to be SUPER technical, if I do all the incentives, (they limit the reviews to a few certain sites, so it's not like I can post reviews on 20 sites and make bank on the credits) I break even for each ball, but the cost that goes into completing the incentives, specifically the videos, shoots it back up the opposite direction. I'd be better off just paying for the equipment and not messing with the incentives, or at least the videos. Youtube continuing to trend up, and hopefully earning me better contracts every year is the only chance I have at eventually turning it into a benefit. Being on staff costs me more every year than it would if I wasn't, I certainly wouldn't buy this much stuff if I wasn't, but if I did forget the videos and just buy the few balls I wanted to make it a benefit cost-wise, there wouldn't be any reason to keep me on staff and I'd be gone . . Now eventually it will work to my benefit if things continue going the way they are, but I'm only a couple years into it, so still pretty solidly in the red for now.
Now were I on with any other company, it would be a different story. Being on staff with Storm is more like them doing you a favor, they're the biggest company out there. The other companies need people "working the trenches," so guys with other companies get by far better deals. I'm not complaining, it's not like it's a bad thing at all, and I've worked insanely hard and have made a lot of sacrifices to get where I'm at, but it's not near as "sweet" a deal as everyone seems to think or makes it out to be.
Haaaa, boy I sure wish they paid for this. I just do this because I like it, really significantly seriously in the red as far as this whole staff thing goes . .
Up your game ?.....You got to be in the lead for the most payed post from storm all ready.Give it a rest maybe, catch your breath
maybe in the red due to time you put in. But they give you credits per site you place your review and credits for your videos. That covers your staff cost plus a few bucks.
