Well I am looking for a symetrical piece to drill but i am not sure if this is the ball I want. I won this ball in a raffle yesterday. Tell me some good and bad about this ball. I typically throw a lot of brunswick dv8 stuff. So I am not use to/like to open the ball up in the fronts when I can keep from it. I have found I need to do that with a lot of storm balls. Any input would be great. Thanks

Maybe I need to bake it again.  Had the same problem with my Nano.

Ah ok. It's weird, I've used mine alot and it hasn't shined up.

Use Reacta Skuff.  It takes the shine off of any ball.

Anything sanded at 4000 for a period of time will have a shined appearance. Maybe you are hitting the 4000 for too long?

That could be it also...

Talked to a Storm rep today. He says I need to use a more aggressive grit until I get the shine off the ball then finish it with 4000  he said that ball death isn't really caused by oil because the oil never reaches the core. I should just clean and resurface

Like I said 360/500/4000. Follow the times on this chart. Do 360 for 30 sec then follow the procedure of a 4000 grit ball.
