Title: My Mighty Shift Showed Up

So I'm kinda curious how i should drill this.  It want it to be the polar opposite of my 2nd Dimension. The reaction im looking for is fairly clean through the heads, then pick up early in the mid's and just smoothly arch. I was figuring
something pin under     but any ideas or feedback would be appreciated.

pin above ring and cg kicked left with mb just to the left of thumb or drill it label, and polish it up

Pin Up + Polish = Length and Snap.  exactly what I'm NOT looking for with this ball.

Thats why the Key or mb would be on the left side of your thumb assuming your a righty

try pin below bridge, cg left of center line. (trying to think of what I would do for a righty and then mirroring it lol). Keep it OOB surface too. Thats just a suggestion. Smooth, strong continuous roll, will roll early though...
A friend on my team has a mighty too. Good ball, very smooth aggressiveness out of it.

Yea I was def going to keep it at box (2000 abralon)  or 4000 abralon if it just rolled way to early. But thanks for the input, esp. since youve seen on in action.

I have a Mighty Shift, and out of personal experience i would drill it with the pin up and the mass bias to the right of the thumb, which will give it more of an arc reaction, rather than a skid/flip reaction. I would most defintely not polish it. I tried it on mine and it turned into a monster skid/flip piece. The out-of-box 2000 abralon surface will keep the reaction smooth.

right of thumb for a lefty. thats gonna put the mass bias in the weak position. But this is just a suggestion. i would consult your driller and see what he or she says.

I don't know for sure how this ball would react like that, but I have a Black Widow with the MB on the right side of the thumb (I'm a lefty as well) and it's been my favorite ball ever.

It has a nice reaction to it, and still semi aggressive, but not crazy aggressive.

Putting the MB closer to the VAL will make the ball start earlier. Putting the pin down with the MB over while keeping a good polish should give you what you want. The hybrid particle with polish will help give some length, but the strong drill will give some snap. Works for me, may or may not work for you.

basically what i said but other way around since the weak mb for a righty is normaly to the left.  I was assuming that you were a righty so just flip what i said around

This is what I'd do too.

Pin outside ring, cg in center of palm, MB right of thumb:

ok so i got my mighty shift drilled up tonight .  went with a 2.5" Pin-PAP and roughly a 3.5" MB-PAP with a weight Hole on axis(CG pretty **** close to axis to )  i was looking for the polar opposite of my 2nd Dimension, something smooth.  Well with this drilling this is EXACTLY what ive got.  ive never owned any ball so smooth , it just revs up like crazy while gently arcing to the pocket.  I only got to throw it the last half of the 3rd game, but i love it
