What's the OOB surface on the Paradigm Domination?

I'd believe the latter.

Storm has an odd bug with their classic ball section where a bunch of 1500 polished balls say 1500 matte.  Just remember Storm has never produced a 1500 matte ball (to my knowledge) so when you see that assume it is a typo and it means 1500 polished.
