The IQ Tour Pearl actually has a pretty strong backend, and one of the guys in my league has been rolling it a few times so far.  It is a good compliment and is a little cleaner up front.  This would be a good option.

Another option is from Storm's sister company Roto Grip and that would be the Bandit.  This is a pearl ball and a good one at that.  It's more of a true 2-piece ball (just core and cover, no filler).  From personal experience with the Outlaw (solid version of the Bandit), the core allows the ball to hit really damn hard, carries very well, and ball motion is predictable. 

The Fire Road actually has a stronger cover than what you would find in the IQ Tour Pearl (R2X pearl compared to R2S pearl). It will allow you to open up the lane a bit more.  1 person in my Wednesday night league does throw this on occasion but my observation is that the Fire Road will be a little more condition specific than the IQ Tour Pearl.  You may potentially have to adjust the surface more to match your game compared to the IQ Tour Pearl or Bandit.

Overall, I think you would be better off going with the IQ Tour Pearl or the Bandit.  As for layouts, some of the other guys on here would be better off giving suggestions based on your specs.  Hope this helps.

Get a tropical heat hybrids. Lay it out the same as your IQ.You will not be disappointed and will have a few more dollars in your pocket when all is said and done.

I read the post wrong originally.  I jumped at the compliment part and didn't realize you were looking for 3rd and 4th game.  I apologize for that.

After rereading and seeing the recommendations by some others, I agree that the Tropical Heat hybrid is a good way to go.  It's a step down from what I originally mentioned in the Bandit/Tour Pearl and will clear the heads easier when the pattern breaks down in the later games.  The core/cover are proven and versatile.  For your game, it easily fits what you are looking for.

One other option from Roto Grip is the Rising Star.  This ball is also a hybrid, similar to the Tropical Heat mentioned and has a great cover/core match.  The advantage here is going to be price as these are being discontinued.  Having thrown the Rising Star, it is a ton of ball for the money and will easily work for your game as well.

I'd definitely go along with the motions for Tropical Heat Hybrids, you could also look at the Shout (Roto Grip).  I would steer clear of the IQ Tour Pearl, it is quite a bit more angular than the IQ Tour and will require you to move a good bit further left to keep it moving downlane.  It looks great but it definitely will force you to open up your angles.

Here's the Update!

Went to my driller and asked if he had tropical heats available.. sadly, he didnt.

We had a chat about what to drill for 3-4 game shift after my iq tour is either too strong or labouring to come through the carry down.

Wonderfully, he went to his storage and found an IQ Tour Pearl with a 5.5" Pin!! Saying that it was the only piece he had and he had been waiting for someone to be able to handle it and drill it, since most bowlers want Maximum hook nowadays. We drilled it up stacked with a 3" pin buffer and a hole in the "MB" area (symmetrical core).

Wow!! It went Long and i could play from middle or further inside, best thing is that it still gave me a strong come back to the pocket. Not exactly a skid flippy ball, but the messengers that ball creates is amazing.

Not to mention its a ball i kinda wanted but was afraid it might be too strong. And the colour was a added bonus!! hahaha!
