Need recommendations and input please!

My Absolute Power has seemed to encounter ball death, everything has been done from resurfacing, baking, redrilling, you name it. 

I am a little speed dominant, last Specto readings on a the High Street V2 Pattern was 18mph 350rpms.   Looking for something that can create more angle down lane while still being able to handle the oil.  Basically more angle and strength on the backend. 

Any recommendations would help.  My proshop is fantastic and I know it's blasphemy but they recommended either the Hammer Effect or the Phase AI.   However, I experienced alof of over under with Phase II.
