Pro CG balls are balls with a marked mass bias that have a CG that is more than 1" (maybe more) out of alignment off a line drawn between the pin and MB marking.   They are helpful in layouts where you want a strong MB position without having to add an extra hole (CG shifted to the left of the PIN-MB line for a RH bowler) or vice versa....

As J_Mac said, that ball would be easy to drill for a lefty since the CG is so far right of the pin-MB line.  The driller could put the MB almost anywhere left of the thumb hole (for strong-MB balls, right of the thumbhole is generally verboten) and not need a weight hole.  Less easy for a righty because putting the MB right of the thumb (for a righty) means putting the CG pretty far out.  Depending on TW, it may be impossible to get enough side weight out.
