Need advice

I have a VG which is drilled pin below the ring finger and mb about 2 inch from the thumb. Ball is in OOB condition.
That the ball is reacting/hooking too early and not possible to play in in my league games...Please advice what should I do ? Put some polished over the OOB condition ? Thanks !

Try it with Storm Step 2 - its  1500 polish.

thats what I would do is hit it with the 4000 abralon to clean it and then polish it

I would NOT hit it with 4000 Abralon and then polish...ESPECIALLY if you use Storm Step 2.  That ball would NOT react, no matter how strong the coverstock is.  If you're using Storm Step 2, put the underlying grit at 500 Abralon and then use the polish.  IF that's still too strong, try a 600 grit piece of sandpaper, or 800.  Keep working your way up until you find a reaction you like.

Well the oob 1500 polish on most of storms stuff is the equivalent of 4000 abralon and polish. I would try just a touch of xtra shine or reacta shine. Otherwise you might want to consider this as your oil ball for tournaments and such....

The OOB on Storm's 1500 polish is not equal to 4000 Abralon with polish on top. Get two balls and try Step 2 using n00dlejester's approach of taking the ball down and then applying the compound versus bringing a ball up to 4000 abralon and then using a (non compound) polish. Completely different.
