Need something
« on: May 14, 2008, 10:04:35 PM »
Hello, I am looking for some input on something to slide below my Special Agent on sport shots. Gona try a pbax league. My Special is drilled pin below 4x4 and Im a tweener, speed around 14-15 and revs around 350. Looking for something a little longer with a smooth motion still. Was thinking either sure fire or rapid fire???

Me: I threw an awsome shot and left a 4-9
Dad: Then it wasn''t so awsome was it
Me: Shut up...it looked good to me

I've never thrown either, but I've seen both on two PBA patterns (Cheetah and the US Open).  The Sure Fire was smooth as a baby's butt.  Very rolly, smooth, and continuous through the deck.  The Rapid Fire was a bit jumpy in the back, but had more hook overall, and carried well also.  I would say that either one would be a fine choice, you just may need to adjust the surfaces on them.
