So right now my arsenal is Roto Grip Cell, Ultra Zone, AMF Night Hawk Pearl, Columbia 300 Messenger Low RG, Sting Zone, and some other older stuff. Really want to get a new medium ball like a NoiZe, Loud Noize, Hyroad, Rapid Fire Pearl or a Playmaker. So what you guys think??

So far everyone is really hyped about the Hyroad, even Jeff Carter raves about it and with Norm Duke winning the World Championships with it I'm sure it'll be flying off the shelves.

You can cross the Noize off for a medium oil ball. It's more for med heavy to heavy with the "New Era Reactive" coverstock from the Resurgence. The Loud Noize would be a better choice and the Hy-Road looked real good Sunday, but you have to consider who was rolling it! Just my $.02, Bruce

I don't have one personally but I have heard a lot of good stuff about the Morich Awesome Finish as a medium oil ball.
-
I would have to say, for true medium oil, the playmaker is amazing.
It's not only versatile, but I think it drives harder than anything else on that list with the V2 core.

My benchmark ball (medium ball) is a T-Road Pearl drilled RICO, which makes it like 4 3/4 pin to PAP. Very smooth reaction, and it's a great way to know when I need more length or more strength. Maybe the Hyroad could do that as well.

Well, that HyRoad looked pretty good on TV & medium lanes is what it's designed for. So I would wait the 18 days for that to come out. JMO.

It seems like your not set on a certain company like I am... (storm lover) i'll try and set a few basics for the companies that i like. Being that Roto and Storm go hand in hand i'll list a few off that i've had success with. The best ball for that i've thrown for these conditions would have to be the Roto Grip Venus. Easily the most underrated ball for these conditions that i've seen. The out of circulation Spit or Sure Fire would be a great ball too. Anyways these are my balls that I would go to, but these are only my choices and there at many other balls to go to.
