Next Stateside Code
« on: January 08, 2017, 12:05:01 AM »
Ready for a Code Red to come stateside. Want that R2S Hybrid on this amazing core in my hands! Makes me wonder which cover will be on the next stateside code release. I'll be buying it.

My guess would be a Nano Lock coming up next but it's hard to predict. Code Red would make sense too though.

They need a solid lock. Which the sure lock, or nano lock is suspected to be that ball.

If the first lock gets replaced a code could take its place with a sanded pearl hybrid finish.

Great core if u ask me!!
In the bag [Infinite Physix, Volatility Torque, Night Road, Phaze III, Burner Solid, Hustle AU]

I doubt we see a hybrid code yet.  My guess would be solid code next.  With the timeless Belmo ball coming out next month using a hybrid a R2S.  I don't think they are going to want another hybrid just yet. That is unless they wait until the summer time for the next code release.

Thoughts on which solid coverstock they choose for the Code? NRG, R2S, R3S...

Both solid overseas releases used NRG so that would be my guess. There was the code black limited and the code blue.

Code blue maybe???? I agree that a solid lock is needed in the lock series, the original lock is special.

Looks like regular Code Blue is R3S Pearl and the Code Blue SP is the NRG Solid. I would buy a Solid or Hybrid stateside. I mention stateside because I get a discount at my PSO and can't do the international release pricing, otherwise I realize I could hit Marc up for one.

Code Red SP was another Solid along the Black Limited and Blue SP... it had the R3S Solid (1500 polished) released in 2015

Great majority of the Codes are pearlized and remakes (just different color/scent)

There was a leak of a Code Perfect (R2S Hybrid) a few weeks back... I would think that's next to release overseas.

As for USA, it is confirmed more Codes will come (and not all of them from overseas). Would rather see a brand new one over a remake played off as new.

... Nano Lock would be interesting to see released in the states. It took Storm a few years to bring the R3S Pearl here (Snap Lock). The Nano Lock has the NRG Smooth cover (notable NRG Smooth releases: Marvel Maxx [original, 2, and Gold], Virtual Gravity N/S, and Wild Bite Extreme). The NRG Smooth cover is very impressive... I would describe it as a urethane motion but with enough strength to cover the boards of reactive pieces.

I'm more curious about what (and who's) signature line release is coming after the Timeless?? Osku! lol  :P

Years ago, Norm had a signature ball released in the Hammer line.  I don't think PDW has ever gone down that road.

There was a PDW a bunch of years ago and I think it was overseas.  I know I had one, I don't remember much about it though.

This Signature line I think is going to be a big seller for them and will last a while.  It is a good way to market their staff.

If it was long enough ago, was that PDW ball an AMF product?
