I am going to be picking up a new Storm Ball, I need an aggressive ball it does not need to be long by any means. I am a high speed player with med revs. My current arsenal includes Fury Solid pin under ring finger, Total NV pin above bridge, C300 EPX T1 pin below ring, and Brunswick Danger ZOne pin above and to the right of ring.

Check out the Agent line (as long as it is still there - Special Agent would IMHO be best) and get a pin-in ball, drill it pin under fingers, that should do the job quite well. The Attitude Shift could also be an option with a similar setup - it has not that much of a low RG core, but the cover is strong and should give you a good read on the lane.
But the Fury should already fill this gap?

Dizzy, What do you think about the Gravity Shift. I want something a little longer than the Fury, and still keep the pin under. Thanks for your insight.

Hmmm, cannot say much about it, because I haven't seen a Gravity in action yet. They just hit the shelves around here, and Storm is not that popular. But from the belly, I'd rather suggest an original Agent - it is very rolly, has good length and offers a wide backend move. Also not snappy (for a pearl ball), but the low RG core revs up quickly and recovers well if the cover encounters friction.
You might also wait for the new Dimension line - from what I read, these balls will be close to the Agents, probably with a slightly more potent core, and if a pearl reactive is among the first balls in the line, I'd consider it, too.

mmcfarland300 - Can you help us out and define what you mean by "it does need to be long by any means."
Your arsenal is a buffet of strong roll early pieces. If you are trying to buy a ball with more length then the Fury, that's easy.

New releases:
Dimension - R2X solid, the same cover offered on the Gravity currently.
Rapid Fire Pearl - R2S pearl aka Fired Up on crack!

I'm looking for a fit between my Fury and NV but still equally strong.
-
Have the Gravity, Attitude shift, special agent, agent the ball that would be best would be either a Special Agent or Attitude shift with weaker pin placement and a flip drilling with the mb.
Gravity is pretty long and has massive backend reaction i mean massive.
Agent is fast revving ball that gets good length and arcs hard but your Total Nv already has that look to it anyway.
I think a 4k grit Cell is what you seek, go with 4 1/2 - 5 inch pin and place mb at about 60-70 degrees and tell me if my call was wrong.
-
Because of the Med Revs and above avg speed I play alot of 5-10 and would like to find something I can move inside with and not have to slow my ball speed down a whole lot.
-
What if what you want is not really a fit between the Fury & NV?
I saw you wanted to be able to take your physical game and scoot inside when needed. Sounds like you need something that can provide more recovery then what you have now. With your speed stronger then your rev rate and intended line, you are going to need a ball that comes off of the spot hard. I'm leaning towards a Gravity drilled to get it.
We all know every straighty wants to hook it and everybody that hooks it wants to play straight. Stay true to your game and play up the lane and get some score!!!

Special Agent or T-Road Solid

My Arsenal:
Twisted Fury
Raw Hammer Pain
Blue Vibe

Just for reference, the new Dimension will be a SOLID reactive with R2X coverstock.
-
I think the Dimension will be something I look at in October once there has been some research done on drillings and cover adjustments.

Just my .02 on the Gravity. I have one, & it doesn't go as long as the normal pearls do. It was designed w/that in mind. It pretty much depends on the drill pattern, your release & speed as to how long it goes before turning. Mine reads the mids really well. Watch the vid of it on the Storm website. Watch all the vids on the other balls mentioned for that matter. Good luck. I love my Storm gear.

I love my Gravity Shift. Mine reads the mids but doesn't make a move until the backend. Very rarely do I see it hook at all in the mids, it just reads. It's kind of crazy actually. Keeps pins nice and low, hit and carry are off teh charts.

Pin under T-Road Solid would be perfect
