Title: Optimus or Unhinged???

I currently have an IQ Tour Solid, Asylum, Outcry, and a DV8 Outcast.  All 4 balls are drilled 4x4x2.  I want to drill a pearl reactive and I've narrowed it down to either the Optimus or the Unhinged.  I am a high rev, high speed player that can play down the ditch or 6th arrow if need be.  Anyone have a similar arsenal or style that has thrown either ball?  I want a ball that can handle carry down on med to med-hvy oil.  Other suggestions are welcome, but I would like to stick with Storm or Roto Grip.

Depends on what you want if you want a heavier oil ball stronger than the Asylum I would go Crux Pearl. If you are looking for more medium and below the Asylum I would go Unhinged. From what I have seen the Optimus is love it or hate it there is no middle ground with that one.

Definitely for medium oil and up.  I'm looking for a ball that combats carry down on medium-heavy oil.  I've heard the Optimus is very versatile, but I haven't seen anyone that has a similar style throw it.  Same with the Unhinged.

I feel the optimus will give u the most differentiation in your arsenal.  I put my 4x4x2 layout on it, and it has done well for me.  Definitely a ball for the fresh as its just a strong marvel pearl with more Midland and more back end.  Less rolly than the marvel pearl...
