Street Rod Pearl vs Gravity Shift
« on: May 07, 2008, 02:26:37 AM »
Had my Street Rod Pearl drilled up last night pin under fingers, cg kicked right.Said what the heck compare it to one of my favorites in the bag right now on fresh pair oiled lanes and went 300.Lowest game over a few hours of workout was 246,started getting tired lol, the rest were in 250's and 260's for this to be a low end ball it walked circles around the Gravity. The Gravity - leveraged, strong as can get it had to move right with it to line up. Was able to stay left with the Street Rod Pearl all night and keep the same line, this ball really turns on backend. Was very surprised that this ball was this strong, and the more the lanes dried up the further left i was able to move and the stronger it became. When it says 0 to 60 tenpins flat, its true I left 1 ten pin all night. This is one u need to get these will be storm newest secret weapons!

Kind of missed all those English classes?

Please put some punctuation in there and I'll stop by later to try to read this.

Gravity - Leveraged
Street Rod Pearl - pin under fingers, CG kicked right

On any given day, a ball that should out perform a certain ball will. A ball rep told me that when I was questioning them about this very thing.

Maybe the GS was burning up early and the SRP was better suited for the condition you were bowling on.

Sometimes you have too get your hand around
a stronger ball too keep
it from burning up.

HA! Good!! So I'm not the only one...

I threw my SRP next to my Gravity, drilled similar, and the SRP had a little bit more backend and a much sharper breakpoint. I actually ended up giving my Gravity to my girlfriend since I liked the Street Rod reaction better as a skid/flip.
