Buddies has some from time to time. Other than that, you see the on ebay sometimes. I bought a plasma cell on ebay recently. Its an overseas version of the original cell.

Cliff Barnes' Pro shops seem to have a bunch of International releases all the time:

Cliffs is a good one along with ebay. Bowlingball.com use to get a lot of them from Brunswick and others but it seems to have dried up
