Here's wat i did to revive my friends old columbia quake and red pearl hammer...

Used a regular scotchbrite dishwashing sponge (one with yellow soft side and green rough side) plus dishwashing soap and cleaned the ball thoughroughly with the green side to open the pores, then rinsed the soap off.  Then I filled a bucket up with hot water from the faucet and dropped the ball in there....leave it there for 20-30 mins.  Let it air dry and clean the ball with some good cleaner.  I did not cover the holes up so i dont know if that will affect anything.

I looked up your ball and it OOB finish is 1000 grit matte.  After the soaking process, if you dont have access to a spinner, I would bring it to a pro shop and have them sand it down to 800 grit then back up with 1000 grit just to make sure you clean off the top saturated layer of the ball.  Proshops usually charge anywhere from 3-10 bucks for this.  Should be good as new.
