Gravity Shift gone?
« on: May 31, 2009, 06:32:28 AM »
I thought that was the point of the Virtual Energy, to be between the Gravity Shift and the Virtual Gravity.  I think it makes a lot of sense to have 3 balls in each line.  A solid, a Hybrid (or particle pearl) and a pearl.  Based on this, I dont understand retiring the Gravity Shift.

I am waiting on the Perfect Dimension to be released in the US for the same reason, 3 balls in same line with same core and slight differences in cover.

Yeah, don't know.  Maybe they figure everybody who wanted a Gravity has a Gravity &/or sales slowed drastically.  Now they want you to buy the V.Engergy instead...  Who knows why the powers that be do what they do.

I want a Shift replacement but don't see one, other than the Hy-Road having some similarities.  Maybe someone who has both can chime in.

I held on to both my shifts as that was a great ball.  Just wish I kept both my Special Agents, they were favs and I sold em anyway.  Guess I had the newballitis thats going around.

the gravity was/is my favorite ball of all time.  I have over 450 games on it and 2nd night after a resurface I shot 300 and 811.  I am picking up a NIB before it is too late.

I was surprised the pros didn't use it more.  I know Duke won a major with it, but other than that I don't remember PDW throwing it much or anyone else.

Anyway, hopefully the Virtual Energy works better than the Virtual Gravity.  I never could get that ball to work right.
