The IQ solid I belive had that cover on it

Nope, IQ Tour Solid has the R2S cover.

Think he meant the regular IQ.

All now correct above as far as the original IQ.

PFT on that which is also on the Reign of Power!  By the way a very gritty rolling powerhouse ball!  Much different from the Reign of Fire which has the R2S solid(also a powerhouse ball, with a lot of smooth strong recovery just a bit more push!).

Also I believe the FireRoad Pearl was an R2X pearl also!  As they titled it the Storm site or Bowlers Journal (I forget which)a grittier coverstock!  To you does this imply Particle?  Additive? What ever they call it today.

I know that to me My PFT Reign of Power rolls like a light load particle!  Especially in comparison to my sons Reign of Fire R2S.

The Storm “Optimus Solid” is one, if not, the strongest ball I have in my bag. The original “Optimus” was amazing, but my only issue with it was it was very snappy off the friction. I needed something very similar, yet earlier and smoother. Well the “Optimus Solid” is exactly that! It has a very strong early roll, with a smooth down lane reaction. Great for playing straight on long patterns or even late in the day where there is a lot of friction. If you like very strong, early, and smooth bowling balls, you can’t go wrong with the Storm “Optimus Solid”.
