Polished Passion?
« on: November 16, 2006, 08:21:56 PM »
How would the reaction be if I bring the passion to 1500 or 1200 grit shine? Assuming the ball is drilled 4x4, for a stroker with roughly 300rpm and speed 18mph. likes to play on the outside.

rolls a lot smoother and goes very long before a complete snap at the backend.  Like mine polished a lot more than that dull look that comes OOB

I bought a bottle of cleaner and it turned out to be mislabled polish and I went to town on my Passion. I went from covering a decent amount of boards to playing straight up about the 8 board. It rolled nice and the backend was gorgeous, but not what I wanted from my Passion. But I've always told myself if I wanted to get a ball that does go longer and hits like a train, I'll just buy a Passion and polish it up
