I was just wondering how storm stuff compares to what I currently have for dry conditions. I have brunswick stuff for fresh patterns, but Big B rolls a little too early for me, especially on drier lanes. I know that Storm equipment is generally skid snap, so I was hoping I could add one of those two balls to open up the lane more on broken down oil patterns. The low rg core on my slayR makes it very predictable, but I have basically no margin for error, even on a house shot. It works fairly well on sport patterns as long as it retains enough energy to kick out the 10 pin. I can probably get by without another ball, but I haven't thrown any storm products and I was thinking about putting a fairly strong drill on a Hybrid to put it above my slayR or a weak drill on a tropical to put it below the slayR. Can someone who has actually thrown these balls let me know if they are different enough to justify carrying more than one?
