Well I was looking to pick up this ball for the longest time now. I finally got one 2 week's ago. Had to wait a week before I can use it due to the plugging/redrilling process. So I got it this week and used it Wednesday night for leauge, Last night for substitute, and today in practice.
1st initial thought's of this ball was holy crap it is aggressive! The surface is OOB. I started out wednesday night practice playing 15-5 and the ball went brooklyn. I thought the speed was slow seeing it was the 1st ball of the night. Next shot faster, brooklyn but higher on the head pin. Now I'm at my normal speed 6 shot's later and still nosing the pocket.
I have to play this ball 20-7 to make the pocket. Not a huge problem really, still straighter then my T-Road Pearl. The next thing I noticed with this ball is that there is NO over/under reaction with this ball. Very smooth hook and it's a continous hook. I also noticed I can play close to the same line all night long with minor speed adjustment's or a 1 or 2 board adjustment.
Pin carry can be an issue though. This is probably the only negative to this ball for me. I tend to leave weak 10's, stone 8's and 9's. I'm still learning this ball though, I only have 9 game's on it so I expect pin carry to improve as I learn this ball more.
This ball is like being reunited with a best friend you have not seen in 10 year's.
Here's the score's from the 9 game's I have shot with it, 1st 6 are on Fresh THS, last 3 are on a High School girl's sport shot after they got done practicing:
204, 203, 204, 202, 222, 225, 210, 246, 219.
This ball has been extremely consistant in my hand's.
Happy and looking forward to the future with this one.
