For those who may have seen it, one of the USBC videos they released of a team taking over the lead in the 10th frame, there was a guy on the companion team rolling a Hectic around 15. He was not a boomer, and the ball had plenty of motion.
I'm not saying he started with it, but based on the info we all have access to, the team pattern is hooking plenty, and potentially shorter than we may have guessed before the tournament started.
It may turn out to be the case that an IQT is not enough motor, even with surface, but there is no way that it stays home if there is even a chance that I need that ball when I get there.
