had a guy who bought a nib ball 2 months ago and he brought it into the shop the today cause the shell had seperated. heres the question this ball was a discontinued ball (rapid fire pearl) but he bought it new from us i still havnt heard back from the boss and it being sunday can't contact the distibuters my question is is the warranty still good on the ball even thought its discontinued the guy is a real loyal customer and i dont know what to tell him till i talk to the shop owner
