Do the chickens have large talons???

Boy, I don't understand a word you just said...

Slow down.  Use punctuation.  And try to be a little more clear with what you are trying to say and/or ask.  That would help.  Thanks...

Yes, a pic would definitely help but it sounds like whoever drilled this ball really shouldn't be drilling balls...

Yeah, I'm not a driller, but w/the pin that far above the ring finger alone will give it more length, let alone that pin buffer.  Your lucky if that buffer is even an inch.  The only way that ball hooks is if you roll it w/a 3 or 4 yr. olds speed along w/massive axis tilt, LOL.  JMO.  Now that could be a good spare ball or good for a straight bowler maybe.

if it was a normal pin it would be a arc layout but with that pin i would say sale it get one with a normal pin unless you got a massive rev rate you dont need that much length with the arc.

I have a dynothane vendetta max drilled almost exactly like it, the cg is maybe a 16th of an inch higher but that ball, will wheel the whole lane aon a lot of different patterns, i have high speed and high revs, and i love that ball, no carry issues or anything.

Instead of saying "go get a new driller", here's what that is:

With the pin on or near your VAL, you're going to get very little backend and a very early roll, depending on how far up the VAL that pin is.  With the CG swung way in, it weakens the backend even more.  Hence the reason you see the lack of reaction down the lane.  Unfortunately, there is no way to make it do anything else until you plug it.  You can play tight, and maybe up the oil line.  DO NOT try to swing the ball unless you have major friction.  You can attempt to play with surface, but you will still see the same general characteristics.

I would be severely angry at that driller.  That is a standard label drill for a customer of which the driller knows no PAP or anything, (usually) unless you requested that, which i doubt.

My rapid fire is great, far from weak on the backend (pin under bridge, CG 45 degrees, small x-hole down VAL).  SO it is not at all a dead ball, just 'killed' in that layout.

That's exactly what I said...GO FIND A NEW DRILLER.  Its quite obvious that whomever drilled this ball has NO IDEA of how to lay out a bowling ball...
