Rapid Fire Pearl vs Hyroad
« on: December 01, 2008, 02:08:26 PM »
I need a ball for medium to medium dry and looking to drill up either a Rapid fire pearl or a Hyroad. Can someone tell me the difference between these 2 balls in terms of length and backend reaction. Which one would allow me to move more right (I'm a righty) than the Gravity shift. I'll appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

well, The hy-road is pearl/solid mix, so that will be less angular on the back end and it also has a lower Dif ( 0.046 ). It also depends on how you plan on drilling these. I have a specail agent I play straight with , its laid out 6 x 4 with a flare reducing X hole. Im having a hy-road deliverd tommarow, and I plan on laying it out 5 x 3 1/2 x hole 1" down on Val, this ball will actually hook more then my Specail agent. From what iv seen with the Rapid fire pearl, its very angluar. Feel free to ask any questions. I dont know why ever one drills equiptment to hook so much.
