Right Ball for Heavy Oil Volume
« on: December 20, 2007, 04:33:03 AM »
Which is the better ball for a versatile med-high rev tweener on a heavy oil volume condition. Of course I don't mind adjusting the cover on any of these.

Secret Agent
Special Agent
Attitude Shift
T-Road Solid
Jolt Particle

All things being equal, I would say the Attitude followed closely by the Special.  T-Road would be next, then it's a toss up but I would say Secret then Jolt.

Think about that Attitude and Special... They have completely different cores so you definitely want to decide what is right for you.

You are right.  I match up better w/the Attitude (assymetric core) than the Special Agent.  I have them both & it seems the Special is more sensitive to rollout than the Attitude.  That's just my opinion though.  May not be the same for everyone else though.  Maybe I have to play w/the cover, but that's just the reaction that "I" have been getting.

Symmetricals have always worked better on heavy volumes for me. Asymmetricals seem to retain their rotation longer and save more energy for the pocket Maybe I just haven't had the right cover on the right Asym. Core.

Think I'll try the Attitude to go with the Thunderstruck Solid, Pyro, Spitfire and Tropical.

More suggestions are welcome. I'm not buying the ball until next week anyway.

i have thrown the secret and have seen the t road solid the t road solid has a very agressive move obn thew back even in oil the secret is more of a straight line bowlers piece with any surface it just doesnt hook much . i would go with the t-road
