I have a feeling this is an overseas release . . but being that it's a pearl, which they're due for next in the line (last two releases were solid and hybrid), and the fact that the Rocket has been extremely good for them so far, we're all EXPECTING a pearl Rocket. This is a pearl Rocket, and a really good looking ball. I really hope this is next in that line. The Rocket is a little too clean and sharp off the spot for me, which makes it a bit condition specific. When it works, I have a look nobody else does, but I much prefer smoother transitions and hard arcs.

Its not looking amazing here suprisingly...I think I need to punch one up 8)

If the Rocket is too clean and sharp off the spot for you already, why would you hope for a new pearl version?

A surface change can turn skid flip into hard arc or control. Or vice versa. Solid, hybrid, and pearl is marketing. I turned my primal rage into a nice control ball by hitting it with a 2000 pad.

The color combination is ugly! the green they used is just awfull

Pearls have changed over the last several years. They aren't the super quick transitioning snap your neck reactions anymore, in fact, most have had very hard arcs. IQ Tour Pearl, very arc-y. Crux Pearl is smoother than the Crux. Punch Out is smooth. Optimus is smooth. The sharpest of all of them, the Hyroad Pearl, STILL has a very strong hard arc, but not a hook/set type reaction like the Rocket does.

lol idk what your specs are, but my punch out is midlane roll than a nasty snap off the spot . .actually a bit uncontrollable for me
