I've got a friend who bought this ball to replace the old Trauma he was getting ready to retire.

  After drilling, then re-drilling, then re-drilling again, a total of 4 full plug and re-drills, he never did get it to the point it wouldn't out hook the old trauma by quite a bit.

  He has slower speed and good release angle, but for him, the jolt solid was WAY stronger than the old trauma.

  He never did use it and finally gave it to his son who is a stroker with decent speed and he loved it.  It looks to be sneaky strong, even with the milder core in it.

  Remember, this was the same cover used on the original Trauma ER and that was considered Storm's high performance ball of the time.  Given that coverstock and surface is considered to be responsible for 90% of a balls reaction, I would say that it COULD be pretty strong.

I don't know if this helps, but I have a jolt pearl. Seems like a step down from the fired up. I think for me its more of a medium-light ball. Its not a true light oil ball in my opinion. It will move as long as their is dry.
