Yeah, he pretty much has to do what works for him. If he's got great timing w/a high back swing &/or he's striking on all patterns, then why change that. I'm sure he'll make the high school bowling team & a coach will tell him what he needs to work on, if he doesn't have a coach already. But looking at his form, I think someone pretty decent has coached him. If not, he's a great observer of forms & that in and of itself will help him. But I say also, keep a level head & be open to constructive criticism by coaches & mentors & he'll be really good if not great someday.
