The formatting on that diagram is kinda whacked out.  Do you have a picture of the ball itself?

Not knowing your PAP measurements, its kind of hard to say exactly what the ball will do. But being that it is a 1" pin and its that low in your hand, expect it to read the lanes very early and be very smooth on the backend.

The Bowtie on a 'Normal' shot is about an 1-1.5 inches above and slightly left of my middle finger when I threw this the Bowtie was right ON my middle finger didn't throw it enough to get a read on whether I like the ball or not.

It really doesn't matter as it is my ball drillers and if I don't like it he'll just take it back

Looks like a Secret Agent really...
Also, if the pin is on the grip centerline or close, its a pretty standard Rev Leverage layout.

REV LEVERAGE:

Reaction: Length...1 Backend...9 Overall Hook...9.5

Hook Style: large hook, controlled backend

Lane Condition: Medium to heavy oil with carrydown, good for players with low tracks, maximum axis rotation, and faster ball speeds.

With a pin that low and short it most likely will move the bowtie very low and thus cause it to hit your middle finger...especially with the pin and cg both in such a strong position.

The only way to avoid this is to either have a track low enough or to have enough tilt to get the bowtie off the hole.

If he won't give you a replacement for the ball have him redrill it with the pin above and right of the ring and stack the cg. This will require a sizeable hole to remove the fingerweight created by the drilling but it'll work fine.

Yeah it's definitely worth plugging to make it work best for you because that is a great ball.
