Whats the deal with the Jolt Particle

I was thinking about getting this ball to go b/w the Special Agent and Thunderstruck, seeing as they say this is a heavy oil ball. Would you agree on this placement? Has anyone heard anything contradicary to the Storm website? Thanks Sean
