Shift vs X Factor

Anyone have both that can compare them?  I already have a Shift and have an X Factor on the way.  I was thinking of getting another Shift, but I don't want overlapping reactions.

I think the Shift and the original X-Factor will be different enough to be worthwhile, even in a three- or four-ball arsenal.  R2S Particle Pearl vs Accutread pearl.  Shift for medium-heavy, X-factor for medium.

Adding another Shift to the mix will give you more overlap than just the Shift and X-factor.  If you want something above the Shift, I'd go with the Double Agent with surface or a Passion (still around?  I guess if you can get an X-factor you can get a Passion).

The Shift I current have has a 4 1/2" pin under with 45 degree MB.  The X Factor has a 5 1/2" pin over and what looks to be about a 75 degree MB, right next to the thumb.  The Shift I am looking at has a 5" pin over and what looks to be a 45 degree MB.  I was thinking that the 2nd Shift would give me a little more length over the first, with a similar shape, and the X Factor would give me the same length as the 2nd Shift, with a more Angular shape.

I already have a Double Agent (5" pin under, 35o mb) and a Special Agent (4 1/2" pin under, 60o MB) and a T-Road Pearl (4 1/2 pin under stacked).

I have a Shift and an X Factor

Shift
-Pin-Pap 4 1/2" under bridge
-MB-Pap 4" kicked way out
-Very large weight hole where the CG would be

X Factor
-Pin-Pap 3 1/2" under ring
-MB-Pap 4 1/2" kicked out
-Medium weight hole 5" out down by the thumb

For me, the X Factor was a lot more arc and is tamer.  The Shift really comes off the dry harder because of the cover and gives me a more angular motion.  I don't think you'll have too much overlap as long as you keep the drills different.  I would drill the Shift stronger and the X Factor weaker due to their covers.
