Can this ball be legal. Or is the cg marked wrong from the factory.

There are two balls that the link in question is supposed to take you to. Both are Fired Up's I believe. The pin down ball has a small balance hole in it which should bring it back to legal side weight. The other Fired Up could have been made legal simply by combining a ball with low top weight with a deeper than normal ring finger hole.
I had TPC Player with a short pin that needed side weight removed so since the CG mark was so close to the RF hole the driller just took the hole to a depth more normally used for thumb holes.

I was thinking of the fired up with pin under his middle finger,
CG is on the left side way up. And the balance hole on the rightside.
It is just weird looking.

Big oops on my part. You're right about the location of the CG on that ball. It must be a case of a mismarked CG for that ball to be legal.
