I just got this ball and this is my first storm ball.  I am looking for a layout any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Ball specs are as follows:

15lbs 4oz
2.28 oz Top Weight
3.5-4 inch pin.

About the bowler:
Track: High
PAP: 5 1/4 OVER and 1 UP.
Speed: 15 1/2 to 16 MPH
Axis Tilt: 12 Degrees

Lanes:
Synthetics
2nd shift after a Men's double's league
Backends pretty clean, maybe slight carry down.

Reaction desired:

Smooth, Predictable but strong arc
