Victory road solid vs. T-Road solid
« on: January 29, 2013, 12:42:08 PM »
I got me a new victory road solid on order, hoping it is a close replacement to my 5 year old t-road solid.I notice the surface on the victory is 3000 abralon compared to 1000 abralon on the t-road.Am i going to have to change the surface to get it closer to the t-road or is the victory a stronger ball.Any thoughts on the differeces between the two is much appreciated.

The T-Road Solid will roll earlier out-of-box than the Victory Road Solid, obviously due to the different Abralon finishes. Hookwise... I'm sure the edge goes to the Victory Road Solid, because the R2S cover has probably been refined with the newer oils being used today... and the core has been tweaked to handle the midlane.

I had both of these pieces and scored well with both. That being said the t- road will handle a little more oil but the victory will let u open the lane a little more. I think the solid will be a great choice for u and I think this ball was slightly overshadowed by the success of its pearl counterpart which I also had and loved. Good luck n hope u shoot well with it.
