Title: Spin X is it a new ball

I ran across this on the USBC list of approved bowling balls
There is two of them and one is blue/silver and the other is red/black.
By the name of it maybe it means no spin, possibly a plastic ball, maybe not.

I just thought it could be an international ball.

Might have been the original name for the tropical's also?
