Could someone please compare this ball to offerings from other companies???  I can certainly read numbers and such, but personal use is preferred for me.  What and how does it compare to for you???

Now I've never personally used the Spit Fire, but I've become a HUGE fan of buddiesproshop.com, they have videos on a lot of the newer bowling balls and they're very valuable for information.

There is their video library, the videos load best in Internet Explorer I find. I hope that helps!

It is a very strong ball at the back...without traditional skid flip jump but(due to the smooth and strong reactor coverstock).

I compare it a lot to an Absolute Inferno but a touch more angular to my eye!

The Spit Fire is one of my favorite balls because it DOES give me a look that a lot of my other equipment does not. I was under the impression that the ball was supposed to be a lot tamer than it is... I have it polished and OOB finish underneath, and it reads the dry quickly and predictably. I wouldn't go so far as to say it is jumpy (it can be on bad over/under) but it makes a strong, continuous motion into the pocket when some of my other stuff would roll out. I posted a review, feel free to read it

i got mine drilled yesterday and first three games i shot a 751 serie with a 208 game, i like it more then my domination.  I love the smooth arc to the pocket wich is predictable, check out the vids
