depends on what kind of reaction u are looking of if u are looking for skid snap go the firedup little earlier hook go diablo but be careful with diable it hooks a fair amount and if u have slower ball speeds you might have to change the cover it all depends on what u are looking for the above two if u are slow speed might over react try the tropical imo if u are slower speed and looking for an arcier ball just drill it like 5 1\2 by 3 1\4 a controll drill order a 3-4 inch pin when u order it shold match up well with your game

Sounds to me like you're looking for a compliment to your Zone, am I correct ? Is the ball hooking too late or too early ?  If the ball is hooking too late, you'd want to go with a Diablo or maybe a Horizon Solid or Saturn from Roto Grip (Storm's sister company) The duller surface will allow the ball to going into a roll and hooking earlier in order to give you more power at the pins.  If the ball rolling too early, it'll use up all it's energy and you wont have any left for the backend into the pins.  In this case you'd want to go with a shinier ball, like a Jolt or a Tropical Storm.  I wouldn't recommend a Fired Up becuase that's more of a Skid/Flip type of ball that doesn't really match your game really well if you're a down and in player.  If you don't mind using Roto Grip, you could also try a Mercury, Venus or Horizon.   Hopefully, I haven't overloaded you with information and this helps you make a better decision.

My best suggestion to you would be to go to your local pro shop and have the operator watch you throw a couple of shots, he/she will should be able to help you pick the right ball.  Best of luck

If you're looking NIB, go ThunderStruck, if you don't mine a used, look for a Hot Rod Hybrid or a Ragin Banshee.

You maybe will have to go down to 13lb to get more speed. I would also recomend the Hot Rod Hybrid, I have one and atleast 2-3 other peoples have bought one after i did it.
