First 21 with a Hybrid Hot Rod
« on: August 25, 2005, 12:10:18 AM »
Last night my Wednesday league started.  I was fortunate to start the season the way i ended it last year.  Last season I tossed a 300 with my Hybrid the last night of the year and started off this season game 1 with a 300.  Started game 2 with first 9 but # 10 eluded me.   Good start.  See the attached link for the ball and its drilling.  Great ball/drilling for a fresh shot on the  medium /light side and a killer ball if they are wet/dry.  Must play more direct and must me a tweener at least to be able to get any carry.  Strokers / Lo rev players would not like the drilling.

My axis coords are 5-1/2 over and 1/2 down.  380-400 RPM's.  The ball is 1-1/2 x 1-1/2 away from my PAP.  Yes it hooks, if you go to Storms Web Site and look up the Hybrid and choose the Tweener option, the line they show is very close to how I use the ball.
