Layout: Pin above middle finger about 5.5 inches from PAP. CG kicked out a little right of palm. No extra hole, box finish.
About me: 500 RPM 19 MPH.
When I first heard about the Anarchy, I was looking forward to it. I loved the Virtual Energy and if the Anarchy is anything close to the Virtual Energy, I will love this one as well.
I threw this ball on USBC white pattern on pro lane. The pattern was pretty tight, but that allowed me to compare it to Storm’s other aggressive bowling balls. I was surprised at how much length the Anarchy gave me. I can barely ever use the Invasion because there is normally not enough oil, so I wasn’t sure how much more length the Anarchy would give me. To my delight, it easily cleared the front of the lane where my Prodigy struggled to get down lane.
To compare, I could play the same part of the lane as my Prodigy, but the Anarchy was definitely more skid/flip motion and was stronger through the pins. Compared to the Virtual Energy, the Anarchy was about five boards stronger.
For those that were looking for the huge back end motion on the Invasion, look no further than the Anarchy. In my opinion this is the strongest pearl ball Storm has ever released. Those that like the skid/flip motion will love this ball.
