Optimus Solid Video
« on: August 20, 2015, 06:50:10 PM »
I know this is late, but I finally got my editing software figured out and was able to actually make a complete video.  I'd appreciate feedback on the presentation of the video, thanks!

Nice video. Which ball do you prefer, the IQ tour nano or Optimus and what is the differences between both balls? Does the tour have more control etc. Thanks

I actually prefer the Nano because I prefer balls that have that strong arc, sometimes the balls that are too clean up front go too long and are weak on the backend for me.  The Optimus Solid is a jack of all trades type ball but is a master of none.  Unfortunately for it, every situation I find myself in, there's a ball that does what I need better than it does.  It does everything very well, but it's not as early and rolly as the Marvel S, and it's not as long and strong as the Nano, so I don't find myself needing it very often.  However, the Optimus is the easiest of the 3 to control because it's so clean through the fronts and on the backend transition.  The Marvel S can get jumpy early and the Nano can get jumpy late and the Optimus really controls the front and back part of the lane well.  That's why I said it was a great benchmark ball for heavier conditions and compared it to the Rocket.  Really easy to find the pocket with.
