R2X VS R3X and R2S vs R3S

I wonder why Storm hasn't released any U.S balls with a R3S coverstock they have released R3X with the Invasion series but you would think that the Victory Road would have been the perfect time to release the R3S cover.  They have balls in there international series with the R3S cover on them.  Just curious on the feedback on this thread.

I'm retired and living in Thailand.  I bought a Storm Third Dimension early in the year.  It has the R3S Hybrid coverstock and rolls great.
