Storm ball ?
« on: October 10, 2006, 11:29:25 AM »
I haven't tried storm but looking into getting my first storm ball.  I bowl second shift right after a doubles league on synthetics that were put in 2 years ago.  The shot I bowl on seems short but there is head oil but it seems as though the mids are dry and the backends are flying.  What I think I need is something that is even rolling, smooth with probably a controllable backend.  Any ideas would be great.

Thanks,

Doug

1. Tropical Storm - good price with a delayed reaction
2. Jolt Pearl - also good price with a bit earlier turn than the Tropical

Both are good for broken down shot.  If you can find a Hot Rod Hybrid I personally think that is the best late shift ball Storm ever made, but they stopped manufacturing them about 6-9 months ago.

Not really sure on what you are bowling on, but ask your local PRO-SHOP about the PYRO. I have one and it works really well, evenwhen there is carry down.

BOWLING IS FUN NO MATTER WHAT YOU SCORE. BUT A 300 IS ALWAYS NICE.

STRIKE ZONE & PYRO. STAND 15 AND THROW 10 OUT TO 5 AND SMASH THE POCKET. AT LEAST THAT IS THE PLAN OF THE NIGHT...
