How do the Storm ball cleaners compare to the Ebonite Energizer Cleaner, Clean and Dull or even the Lanemasters brand cleaners?

It isnt as good overall. Clean and Dull and Lanemasters brand cleaners are the best on the market! The storm stuff might get off dirt and that is about it. If that is what you are looking for, you will be all right. If that is all you are looking for, the Ebonite energizer will be a better bet. If you want to remove oil and dirt, go for clean and dull or Lanemasters.

Yeah.  My experiences with Storm cleaners, and polishes, is generally bad.  Their cleaner actually polished up my Passion  But the Powerhouse stuff I find great.  Check out Clean'n'Dull for solid stuff, it's AMAZING

I've had great success with Storm Xtra-Clean and Mega-Bite cleaners.  For polish, I use Storm Step 2 and Xtra-Shine.
