Choose a ball for a friend....

A friend is struggling with some heavy oil which is close to a sport pattern. He's a lefty stroker with high speed (19mph). He plays a down and in shot and would prefer something that reads early with a good continues backend. Nothing snappy. I'm thinking the Trifecta would be a perfect ball for him but it's a little expensive. Are there any cheap particle balls out there that would fit his style? Thanks guys!

Blue Heat, Goliath, Big Time, RS-P, Vendetta Sniper.  Buddies has the BT, Goliath, and RS-P for under $90.

You can buy a trifecta on the wanted for sale section of this website from a user name beach bowler.  Brand new stuff.  Trifecta is really cheap in comparison to anywhere else.

also if he is not looking for anything to aggresive go with a fire diablo and just drill it stacked.

got mine last friday i have shot 655, and 638 with it i only average 180

Wanting a cheap version of a premium ball is a potential way to cause yourself a lot of trouble.

If he has already decided that the Trifecta is the perfect ball, why not wait a couple of weeks,  save up the money and buy that ball??
Honestly, that is the proper course of action.

There's few choices for a ball that strong and cheap. I was going to suggest the RS-P and the DT Sniper but while they are strong dull particles, they are also pearls and they won't be as strong as the Trifecta.

Only 2 balls as cheap AND as strong come to mind: Brunswick Goliath and Ebonite BigTime; both are solid particle balls. But neither have the asymmetric core of the Trifecta. Brunswick's Strike Zone has a very strong solid resin (Activator) cover with an asymmetric core ; it is less expensive than the Trifecta but not by a lot.
