Title: Storm Dimension
Post by: Heavy Lefty on May 05, 2012, 02:56:25 PM
My wife quit bowling for years and finally has returned. She loves her Storm Dimension but it's dead now.

Anyone know what a similar ball would be?? Thanks

Have you tried to resurrect it?
By that I mean both return it to its original surface and extracting the oil it may have soaked up. If you don't have the means, a good pro shop should be able to do both for $25 - 40 roughly. Why waste money on a new ball until you're sure the new one cannot be made close to new?

I agree with charlest, if she likes the ball (I loved my Dimension) then I'd try to save it first.  However, if you are not up for that or you've already tried to save the ball I highly recommend a Marvel as a replacement.  It is the same cover with a slightly earlier core.  The Marvel is a perfect replacement for a Dimension.

dimension is a great ball, I second the idea to revive...if not the marvel is a very good replacement as also suggested
