Review:
The Storm Journey is the newest ball in the Signature line. This ball is the latest collaboration with Jason Belmonte. This features the new TX-16 Pearl which is a cleaner more responsive version of the Phaze 2 cover. This ball will fit a variety of bowlers and will fit multiple conditions. Throwing on a fresh house shot, this will be great in a higher friction environment. Tx-16 pearl is going to be more responsive and a touch earlier compared to R2S pearl. Comparing this ball to the VEBO you will get a cleaner quicker responding ball where the VEBO is earlier and smoother. Whether you are one handed or two handed this ball will be a great addition to your bag. Get yours November 17th at your local Storm VIP pro shop.

Storm Journey – WWRD 11/17/2023

Cover: TX-16 Pearl Reactive
Core: F-8 Core
RG: 2.52
RG. Diff.: 0.053
Finish: Reacta Gloss
Fragrance: Kiwi Cantaloupe

Storm’s new Journey Symmetric Pearl Piece.  This piece is good for Medium Volume Patterns.  PAP is 5 5/16 R 1 3/16 Up. Rev Rate: 400.  Speed: 16.5.  Fragrance: Kiwi Cantaloupe.  Drilled this piece with the Pin Up between the Fingers and the CG kicked out 1” from the palm.  Out of Box ball motion was smooth through the fronts with a medium-strong backend shape.  I compared this to the Storm Fate, Phaze II, and IQ Tour.  The Fate was 2-2 Right.  Phaze II was a similar line to the Journey but a smoother backend.  IQ Tour 3-3 right.  This piece is good for all types of styles.  This piece is a good piece to go to when pattern starts burning up in the fronts.  The journey fits between the Phaze II and the Fate.
