Lock --this ball has Locked in my game!

With all of the ball choices there are, it can be confusing. But every once in a while you find one that really shines. I can't say enough good things about this ball and how it has helped me improve my game, but I will try. Smooth but strong rolling and so very controllable. It is like I get a little extra from the ball, but I don't have to do anything but let it roll, it does the rest. I can tell that this RAD X core is doing its job. I am mainly a down/in stroker type player. This ball definitely stores its energy for the pins, for sure! Consistent. I get the same roll over and over. It does not over react at the pin deck, it moves smooth but has a strong arch - with POWER! Storm has made a believer out of me with this ball. I hope they add a LOCK pearl in the future.

I agree, maybe the BEST ball I have ever owned.  Love the roll and the hitting power....

How is your lock drilled and how does it compare to your Defiant Soul? I am getting one Saturday and thinking of how to drill it. Thank you

Ha-ha. I just throughly enjoying drilling new equipment.  Also my area does "have-a-ball" leagues. Which allows me to get new stuff every summer. Lol so it's...time!  Probably a bunch of new stuff is going to make me go crazy though

+1.   I'm interested in how you have yours drilled also, as well as what your specs are (speed, revs, tilt, rotation).

Let me know how you have it drilled.  Mine leaves nothing but 10 pins. I might be the only person who doesn't like the Lock.

I just purchased a Lock to replace a endless nightmare I was using; I will be primarily using it for my upcoming sport shot league in the fall....

Metal, what layout/surface do you currently have it at?

I do not have the specs. I will try to get some pics soon, but I have trouble downloading on this site? This is what I can tell you . I have a 3.5 - 4 inch pin,  drilled pin up with a balance hole about 1" to the right of the center line. Was drilled aggressive. Again since I polished mine and change the surface to 2K, its just been the best rolling, most consistent ball I have. Rolls smooth and hits! Yes I leave my share of 10's as well. Most of the time I can move a few boards (or hand position) to correct this. If it don't, then I change balls. Bill, I also want to try the Eternal Cell, but I have to get the Snap Lock. Decisions, decisions?

One of my centers let's u pick "ANY" balls...so I get the expensive ones...

That leaves me with needing to buy:

Yes Agree with Billdozer I do. Snaplock you should buy and Take the Lock back to orginal surface you should. This would be an awesome 1-2 Punch :)
