Honest review of the timeless

I have always loved Luke Rosdahl's reviews. He gives his honest opinions on a ball and compares different balls. Anyway, I have been critical of how the ball will be different from the hyroad. He, apparently, felt the same as I did and gives his comparison. check it out

There needs to be a like button on here like Facebook. LOL

I almost always have to take the surface down some or lightly scratch off the reacta shine finish. I will try the ball out first to see if it is really squirty or not. The No Rule Pearl I just barely touched it with the 3000 then a brand new 4000 pad. It lanes shines pretty quickly so I don't even see the scratch marks.

The last Utah ball that I never touched the surface on was a HyWire that I drilled last spring. That ball is the nutz at my normal house during league.

So wait, 1500 polished is the devil???

Well if you look at the majority of the reviews, they're glowing. The sad thing for me is that marketing like this has an actual effect on people.  You should buy a ball because it's a good choice for you, not because the marketing was good or it has Belmo's logo on the side.  Don't care about the name on the ball and don't care about hype, if I did, I shouldn't be doing reviews.

I think if this ball was called the HY ROAD it would have the greatest reviews.

I tried timeless after drilling on a typical house pattern. So far so good. I'm a left handed stroker but was able to go way inside. Deeper than I'm normally used to. I have low to mid rev and speed. My last three shots was at 17 down 8. It's my first Storm bowling ball. Will try it on league this Friday. Hopefully with success. :)
